It would be useless right now, but if more people join this forum, it would be nice to have a new category called Trades where people could post a list of items they need.

or set up a section so people can set up guild raids and events but this would also require more people to join the forum

I'll do that.. But not right now I,ll find the time and I'll do it!

There is one thing we must consider tho, what if the person leaves the guild Maice will have to keep track of it and delete there acount ?

No, they can stay on the forum. It doesn't matter if people not in the guild are on the forum. It will make more people for instances or for suggestions. But they won't participe to the games.
